RPAC Fundraising Grants

RPAC Fundraising Event Grants help state and local associations fund special fundraising events and activities designed to increase their RPAC fundraising receipts and RPAC participation. This program is limited to states with election laws that do not ban the use of corporate political contributions for use in fundraising. Your participation in the program is subject to state law.

The grant application and evaluation and reimbursement form are PDFs that have been formatted to download and type directly into the fields. RPAC requires sending the grant application to rpacpartnership@realtors.org at least 30 days in advance of the event. RPAC requires sending the grant evaluation form to rpacpartnership@realtors.org 30 days after the pre-approved event has concluded. Please note: all grants must be approved before you seek reimbursement.

Grant Amounts & Requirements

  • Small (500 members or less) and medium (500-1,999 members) local associations may apply for grants of up to $5,000 to be used for fundraising purposes annually.
  • Large (2,000-6,999 members) local associations may apply for grants of up to $10,000 to be used for fundraising purposes annually.
  • Mega (7,000+ members) local associations may apply for grants of up to $15,000 to be used for fundraising purposes annually.
  • State associations may apply for grants of up to $15,000 to be used for fundraising purposes annually.

Before applying for an RPAC Fundraising Grant, please be sure that:

Fundraising Ideas

  • Fundraising event: auction, raffle, fashion show, etc.
  • Fundraising video or DVD production and distribution to members
  • Production and distribution of fundraising materials
  • RPAC messaging for new member orientation
